How do I order the Nest Online
Orders may be placed On Line by clicking on the Buy Now button. You will then be transferred to PayPal's secure check-out environment where you will be able to complete your secure check out. You may pay using all major credit cards. You will also be asked to provide the delivery address details.
Do you ship to international destinations
Yes we can ship arrange worldwide shipping. Our standard shipping fee for mainland destinations in the USA, Europe, UK and Ireland is €50. If you want us to ship to destinations other than Europe or USA please contact us detailing the items you wish to order and the destination address (including post code and country) and we shall be happy to provide a quote.
What is your return/exchange policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mozzee. You may return your merchandise within 14 days from date of receipt for a refund (to the credit card that was used for the purchase) or exchange. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund.

How do I make a return/exchange?
To make a return please email us on returns@mozzeedesign.com within the 14-day period to obtain a return authorization reference. Please place a print out or copy of this authorisation inside the box.
Depending on where you are based we will inform you of the correct return address. We have distribution points in the Netherlands and Australia and you will be advised of the return address of the distribution centre which is geographically closest to your original shipping destination.
All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping charges may apply. Refunds will be processed within 1 week of receipt of the goods in good order.
